What would you be doing if you hadn't become a musician?

If I hadn't become a musician, I would probably have dedicated myself to biology, as I am fascinated by nature and everything to do with it.

What do you enjoy most about being an orchestral musican?

The best thing about being an orchestral musician is the opportunity to create something bigger than yourself. The feeling of collective energy, together with the transience of music, makes every concert a unique experience.

Is there an instrument other than your own that you would like to master?

I have always been fascinated by the cello. Its register is very similar to that of the trombone. To be honest, I always strive to sound like a cello in my head when I play.
