„In the piano, the stream surges, and the horn wails full of longing“ - our principal French horn player Dmitry Babanov introduces his instrument, which is deeply connected to our romantic notion of nature and the forest, in this recital with works by Franz Schubert, Richard Strauss and Vitali Bujanowski. His musical partners on this evening, which carries the atmosphere of a Schubertiade extended into the 20th century, are singer-pianist Alexandra Lubchansky and pianist Sun Hee You. The two also dedicate themselves to Sergei Rachmanimov, who once wrote: „In a composer's music, the country of his origin should be felt, his love stories, his religion, the books that have impressed him, the pictures he loves...“
