Born in Berlin, Janina Paul studied economics at Humboldt University and gained experience in cultural management during her studies, including developing the utilization concept for the Hackesche Höfe. After her studies, she founded a production company for financing and realizing artistic projects in the fields of theater, music and dance. She is part of the founding team of Radialsystem V, where she played a key role in shaping the development of the cultural and event venue, which was financed purely privately for many years. Since 2014, she has been managing director of Radialsystem V GmbH.

Since December 2018, Janina Paul has been Managing Director at Konzerthaus Berlin.
