Yaxin Greger studied in Beijing before joining the China National Symphony Orchestra for two years. She then studied at the Hanns Eisler Academy of Music in Berlin. She was a scholarship holder at the German Symphony Orchestra and the Academy of the Staatskapelle Berlin.
