Michael Vogt studied in Berlin at the Hanns Eisler Academy of Music. As a chamber musician he plays in the tuba duo “Tuba Wa Duo”, the Berlin Tuba Quartet and the Chamber Ensemble for New Music Berlin. World premieres, including the Concerto for Tuba and Orchestra by Lutz Glandien with the Konzerthausorchester Berlin, have taken him to festivals throughout Germany and abroad.
