  • When and how will I receive my subscription cards?

    Subscription sales begin on 17 April 2024.

    You can book online, by phone, by post using the order form or personally at our Visitor Service desk.

    You can pick up your tickets personally at the Visitor Service or have them sent to you by post. Please tell us which way you prefer when ordering. All orders will be processed in the chronological order in which they were received.

  • How long is my subscription valid?

    Self-selected subscriptions expire at the end of the season. Your series subscription is automatically extended, so that you can keep your regular seats.

    You can also take advantage of our special offer for kids in the Mozart Matinée family subscription series; please re-order this subscription each year, as it is not automatically extended.

  • How can I cancel my subscription?

    If you wish to cancel your subscription, please write us a message by 30 April 2024. It would be very helpful if you could also give us your reasons for cancelling.

  • What will my subscription cost?

    You can choose between three price categories for the self-selected subscription. In the series subscription area, you will find the prices of all series subscriptions and the available price categories.

    Subscription prices already include shipping and handling fees. The subscription prices in the webshop do not entail any additional online fees.

  • How can I pay?

    You can pay by direct debit or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, PayPal) when booking in the webshop.

    If you would like to collect your subscription cards personally at our Visitor Service, you can pay in cash, with your debit card or your credit card (Visa, MasterCard).

    If you would like to receive your cards by post, we offer the following payment options:

    SEPA direct debit mandate: Provide us with your direct debit authorisation on the order form – and you can also pay in three instalments.

    Bank transfer: Include your customer number and transfer to the following account: IBAN DE59 1007 0848 0512 6131 01, BIC DE UT DE DB 110.

    Credit card: Please inform us of your credit card number, card verification code and the date of expiry – either in writing, by phone or by fax. As we do not store this information, please resubmit it for every new order.

  • Can I return my subscription cards?

    If you are unable to attend a concert, please contact our Visitor Service at least three days before the date you wish to exchange. If you choose to return the subscription card and pay of a fee of 1 euro, you will receive a voucher that can be credited for one of the Konzerthaus Berlin’s own events during the current season. There is no entitlement to an exchange.

  • Will I receive a replacement for a lost card?

    Upon presentation of your identity card, we will provide you with a replacement card for a fee of 2 euro per card; original cards will then lose their validity. We cannot accept liability for the loss of subscription cards by post.

  • What happens if a programme or date changes?

    Changes to the programme or orchestral composition may be necessary in exceptional cases. Your subscription remains fully valid in such cases. We will inform you in good time if a concert has been rescheduled. If necessary, we reserve the right to extend or modify the seating.

  • What happens to my personal data?

    We take the protection of your personal data very seriously and give you our assurance that this data will not be passed on to third parties. The Konzerthaus and our service providers collect, handle and use your personal data to process your order and for our own written promotional material. During the term of your subscription, we will inform you by post about interesting developments at the Konzerthaus and also send you exclusive offers. If you do not wish to receive these, please send us a short written message.

  • Where can I find the general terms and conditions?

    You can view our general terms and conditions on the current pages of konzerthaus.de.

Redirect

For this event, you will not receive tickets through our webshop. You will therefore be redirected to an external page of the organizer. If you have any not completed bookings on konzerthaus.de, they will be dissolved after 20 minutes.
